Refund policy
We want you to have full confidence in your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed for items purchased through the FireXNull online store.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be in unused, uninstalled, and unopened condition
- Original packaging, labels, and any included materials must be intact
- No signs of installation, handling damage, or exposure to electrical equipment
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Because FireXNull products relate to fire-suppression applications, installed items or items showing any signs of use cannot be accepted for return for safety and regulatory reasons.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@FireXNull.com to request a return authorization.
Approved returns must be shipped to:

Items sent back without obtaining prior return authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions for completing the return shipment
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@FireXNull.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or installed fire-suppression products (Sticker, Rope, Tape, Microcapsules)
- Items showing signs of installation or use
- Customized or special-order products
- Hazardous materials (as defined by shipping regulations)
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
For safety and regulatory compliance, any product that has been installed in an electrical enclosure or exposed to heat cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to replace an item, the fastest process is:

7. European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions described above.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing typically occurs within 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
