They are not a substitute for code-required fire protection systems, including but not limited to sprinklers, alarms, or engineered suppression systems.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Proper selection, installation, and use of the products
  • Compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards

Improper installation or misuse may result in reduced performance or failure.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by FireXNull. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified after processing.

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. PRICING AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, shipping, or import duties unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize all charges incurred.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations.

You represent that:

  • You are not on any restricted or denied party list
  • You will not use, transfer, or export products in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to cancel any order for compliance reasons.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Shopify provides the platform for our store but is not responsible for transactions between you and FireXNull.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE SEPARATE FIREXNULL LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

  • That products will prevent or suppress all fires
  • That use will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Suitability for any specific application

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions may not apply.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL FIREXNULL INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

IN ALL CASES, FIREXNULL’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FireXNull from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
