FireXNull Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) ships products worldwide through our website https://firexnull.com. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order for verification, compliance, or operational reasons.

  1. Shipping Locations & Compliance

We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to applicable laws and carrier availability.

We do not ship to countries, regions, or individuals subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions, including those administered by OFAC.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order that may violate export laws or sanctions
  • Request additional information to verify end user, end use, or destination
  • Hold or cancel shipments flagged for compliance review

  1. Export Compliance

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are not located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned country
  • You are not listed on any restricted party list
  • The products will not be used or re-exported in violation of applicable laws
  1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on destination and service availability.

We reserve the right to select the shipping method and carrier.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and service level.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust shipping charges if necessary.

  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FireXNull Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  1. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the designated shipping address. FireXNull Inc. will assist with carrier claims for shipments lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery.

FireXNull Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery, including but not limited to “porch piracy.”

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place – Incoterms® 2020). The customer is responsible for import clearance, duties, and taxes.

  1. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

  1. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

All claims are subject to carrier investigation. Any replacement or refund is issued at our discretion.

  1. Refused, Abandoned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable due to incorrect address, or abandoned at customs due to failure to pay required duties and taxes, the order is not eligible for a refund.

If the shipment is returned to FireXNull Inc., any return shipping, handling, customs charges, or penalties incurred will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued at our discretion.

  1. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, or governmental actions.
